This event is a community celebration to announce and kick-off our 3-Year Capital Campaign!
Featuring: House Music all night long...House Music all night long!
4 hours of House & Soulful R&B music by Newark's legendary DJ Wang - a regular on the ball scene & resident DJ for the House of Latex float in the Heritage of Pride parade.
Admission/Donation: $35 in advance; $40 at the door
Must be 18+ to attend: Bring ID
Our organization was recently selected by the City of Newark to purchase a vacant parcel of land and to build the new Social Justice Center on it from the ground up by 2010! This facility will house all of LIT's programs and critical community services, and serve as a resource for the entire community. We need your support to make this dream of having a space of our own a reality!
